Hey Tyetye what's your Easter menu: I may bring my family over here..there is  only going to be 20 of us this year..

Well just bring them over and I'll set out extra, menu includes baked ham, potato salad, slaw, green jello salad, deviled eggs,green beans, corn, homemade rolls and for dessert cocoanut layer cake Grin

We have about 15 coming to our Easter dinner, I love these times for family to get together.

Sound like a winner menu to me..I fun watching all the wee grandkids go out on their Easter egg hunt but this year we have to have it inside sill got about a foot of snow outside

Okay folks, I know I am a little late, but here is the menu for tuesday
start with a big ole helping of poke salad
main course includes your choice of
Baked Groundhog (cant fry em too greasy)
Fried Squirrel
Fried Possum
sides include turnip greens,fried corn,fried green tomatoes,fried potatoesw/onion
choice of corn bread or nothin
Sweet potato pie for dessert
and SWEET Ice tea by the gallon
Now who's first???
